Breckenridge Crane is seeking an honest hard working rigger to join our WY team. We will train, though experience is preferred. You must have a clean driving record (see requirements HERE )and a CDLA , or the ability to obtain one. BCS is a drug free company. Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug test and be subjected to random tests while employed with BCS. You must be task oriented and able to work outside in all conditions, lift heavy rigging, work long days, work overtime, work at heights (no fear of heights), be even tempered and get along well with others. We do pay a per diem when working out of town overnight. You will be expected to work long hours at times. Your schedule will be variable, with no set days off. BCS has been serving this area since 1979 and has had several long term employees. We pay a competitve wage. We provide vaction pay, all major holidays, health insurance package, retirement plan and bonus for good job performance. We are looking for a long term career oriented person that is a team player. This is not short term employment. Starting pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $16 to $24/hr, with a benefit package.
